Drunk Elephant is pleased to announce its launch in South Africa at the beginning of November 2025. The global skincare brand, founded by Tiffany Masterson in the United States and renowned for its ingredient-elimination philosophy, will be available exclusively at ARC Stores and ARC online. Drunk
Elephant will launch in a dedicated pop-up format exclusively in ARC Sandton in mid-October, with a rollout in ARC Stores nationwide from the beginning of November.

Drunk Elephant creates biocompatible formulas that work in harmony with skin for better efficacy and absorption, thanks to optimal pH levels, smaller (more absorbable) molecular sizes, and ingredients the skin can easily recognise and benefit from, delivering clinically proven results consumers can rely on.
THE DRUNK ELEPHANT DIFFERENCE
We are committed to using only ingredients that either directly benefit the health of the skin or support the integrity of our formulations. We never take into account whether something is synthetic or natural, instead choosing ingredients based on bio-compatibility. That’s why we focus on healthy pH levels, formulations the skin recognises, small molecular structures that are easily absorbed, and effective active ingredients that also support and maintain the skin’s acid mantle. But what we leave out of our products is just as important as what we put into them, so you will never find what we call the Suspicious 6™ (essential oils, solvent alcohols, silicones, chemical sunscreens, fragrances/dyes, and sulfate surfactants) in our line. These six ingredient categories are at the root of many common skin issues. They’re nothing to be scared of; we just call them the Suspicious 6 because they have the potential to be troublesome for
the skin. When they’re removed entirely from your routine, that is, when you take a Drunk Break™, skin can reset and return to its healthiest, most balanced state.

All Drunk Elephant formulations are 100% free of essential oils, solvent alcohols, silicones, chemical sunscreens, fragrances/dyes, and sulfate surfactants, the six categories of ingredients the brand believes are at the root of almost every skin issue (they call them the Suspicious 6), so that skin can reset to its healthiest, most balanced state. Drunk Elephant will launch in South Africa in partnership with Prestige Cosmetics Group.
Drunk Elephant launched in 2013 in the US and is currently available in over 40 markets around the world. For more information, visit drunkelephant.com.
