In Joburg, the day is all about strength, balance, and community. Hosted by Alchemy Studio, two classes, barre sculpt and yoga, will blend ballet-inspired movement with strength training for an uplifting wellness experience. Guests will be treated to a post-workout hot drink from Plato Coffee and delicious low-calorie sodas from PURA, plus a tote bag filled with Under Armour goodies.
